How to Use the Tables

Step What to Do
1. List up to 10 key skills related to your chosen role. Refer to your workshop notes or use tools like ChatGPT to brainstorm if you need help.
2. Score your confidence level from 1–10 for each skill.
3. In the Notes section, reflect on: examples, gaps, and next steps. You can also list a resource to improve the skill.

Confidence Score Guide

Score Range What It Means Recommendation
1–3 Low confidence – little or no experience Look for beginner-friendly tutorials/courses
4–6 Some exposure – need more practice Take a short course or do a project
7–10 Confident – have used it in real work/projects Highlight this on your CV and LinkedIn
